Who am I?

I am Pedro Silva, a design and human-centred innovation consultant driven by a deep passion for understanding people—their motivations, needs, and behaviours—to spark meaningful change. It’s no longer about B2B or B2C; it’s about H2H (human-to-human). I thrive on uncovering what truly drives people, translating those insights into strategies, services, and experiences that surprise, inspire, and create tangible value.

With a degree in Industrial Design and a Master’s in Research and Innovation, my career spans design, strategy, and digital transformation across healthcare, fintech, retail, mobility, and technology. I’ve had the privilege of leading initiatives for some of the world’s most innovative organisations—including Meta, Google, Uber, the NHS, Santander, and BMW—as well as shaping projects for brands like Samsung, Coca-Cola, IKEA, Telefonica, and Roche.

From founding my own agency to leading international teams in Europe and Latin America, I’ve built expertise in uncovering insights, mapping complex ecosystems, and orchestrating solutions that align business goals with human needs. Whether developing large-scale digital transformations, guiding innovation roadmaps, or reimagining customer experiences, I bring both analytical rigour and creative ingenuity to every challenge.

At my core, I believe in research, co-creation, and curiosity as the foundations of innovation. I am inspired by the constant evolution of human culture and behaviour, and I dedicate my work to helping organisations navigate this change with empathy, clarity, and purpose.
